The Problem

Pakistani school teachers spend 2–3 days grading 200 papers every week. Neural Grade solves this — AI grades in seconds, teacher approves. But no local competitor existed, and there was no marketing playbook to follow.

No Pakistani EdTech company had done AI paper grading before. Every international benchmark had to be adapted — the strategy had to be built from first principles.

Urdu-First Market

International tools and marketing templates fail Pakistani teachers. The entire messaging framework had to speak the audience's actual daily language — Urdu/English mix.

Trust-Based Sale

"AI replaces teachers" fears had to be addressed head-on. Marketing couldn't afford false promises — every claim had to be verified against the actual product.

WhatsApp-First Audience

Teachers live on WhatsApp and Facebook — not LinkedIn or email. The strategy had to go where the audience actually spends their time, not where marketers default to.
